My vision is to reimagine politics as an instrument of social transformation where women and children are not peripheral beneficiaries but central agents of change; where communities progress through equity, collective responsibility, and justice; and where youth are equipped with knowledge, innovation, and values to be architects of a future-ready nation. I believe in nurturing art and culture as the ethical and aesthetic compass of society, while embedding sustainable development at the core of governance. As a changemaker, my commitment is to create an ecosystem of opportunities that transcends barriers of gender, class, and geography ensuring that growth is not the privilege of a few but the right of all.

We, at ADiBha She Vision wish to change the status quo and work towards ensuring an conducive environment where everyone is independent to choose ,dream and achieve. Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. SHE for SHE ! , is our motto. 'Educate, Accept, Respect' are the pillars.
ADiBha She Vision, is a grassroots-level non-profit organization known for implementing impactful & innovative social initiatives to uplift vulnerable people in urban & rural slums as well as tribal areas. It aims to enable access to Primary Healthcare, Education, Skill Training, Employment, for vulnerable women in marginalized sections by focusing on bringing a reformative change in the mindsets of the society. We initiate dialogues about menstrual health and hygiene, child sexual abuse, child marriages, social victimization and other women rights issues.

ADiBha, aims to generate a valuable livelihood for the true artisans and weavers’ community of Odisha, India and make them feel proud and confident about their art, craft, tradition and their profession. It is effortlessly trying to ensure that Indian art and craft does not die with time and is being transferred from generation to generation. It designs/revives/markets the most beautiful and uniquely made hand-crafted and hand-woven sustainable fashion from parts of Odisha to the customers and give them a space to think, understand, value, adopt and retain the art, culture and tradition by supporting and sustaining a life, a family, a village and a livelihood.

A motivation speaker spoken in platforms like TEDx multiple times and many other. A writer, blogger and a poetess penning down her experiences, stories, rage and many more for the larger audience in several platforms like books, newspaper columns and her blogs. Womanhood is the main focus of the writing, at the same time aesthetic living, poetry, Indian architecture, travel, art, passion for life got its fair share.
She is not looking for a knight but a sword and here her unbiased, independent thought is her sword.
